I never could eat meat since I was four because all meat was "filled with deadly mycotoxins" and the only meat that was "good" was from a farm brand, which i still didn't eat anyway.

"Youre not allowed to go outside. you'd get kidnapped, hurt or worse." If you wanted to go outside, you had to plan and schedule, and only my parent can take me. But that was about never.

"No friends online! The internet should only be for learning." (Even though i was always isolated in my homeschool.) "You have siblings! They are your friends!" Which never comforted me at all. Im sick of that same excuse.

"Teachers in public schools are dumb! They dont teach you anything!" Except i dont learn anything at home neither.

"Friends will just manipulate you, and make you do stupid things!" Except when i was at my summer job last year (Which was once when i was 14) i made a good friend and had a good time. SHOCKER!

"You just want to shave because youre getting older and want to look pretty." WHAT THE HELL. Maybe i just want to shave all of the coarse hairs i have grown?!?!?!

"Youll just cut yourself." Maybe i already did, without shaving.

"But homeschool is more fun! You can do wii and shit!" No, i dont want to play wii like a child for gym, or watch bill nye. I just want this school year to end so im one step closer to leaving school.

The worse part is how my family tries to enforce stuff onto my siblings too. My little sisters arent allowed to watch girly stuff for their age. Like i wanted to watch a barbie tv show with them. (Remember Barbie Life in the Dreamhouse?) Mom said we couldnt watch them because it would teach my 8 year old sisters how to be mean like Raquelle.

Also because Barbie and Ken are together, my mom doesnt want them to be influenced to like boys at their age (?)

They arent allowed to watch most things that are literally TV-Y7 or PG most of the time!! I hope they grow up and just walk out of the door! With the realization that this family is literally a cult.

It feels so bad that i cant do anything about it!

My sisters also arent allowed to say things like "christmas" (my family is agnostic atheist) so they say "gift giving day" instead.

No saying "god" just gosh.

They never grew up believing in santa, because "No fat white man brings you gifts, only we do."

To add more fuel to the fire, my parents are blatantly transphobic, homophobic and racist. When does it end?

it feels selfish to complain about my homeschooling, even though i wasnt homeschooled for my entire life, so i still have some semblance to the outside world.

If youre gonna homeschool two third graders, at least let them have fun! they dont go out for recess, do fun activites, and when they do art, my parents treat it like a CHORE.

"Well! Back in the day, when i was in 3rd grade, it wasnt lenient at all!" So you want them to have the exact same shitty time?

I could write for hours about this. (I have the time) But ill save the rest for another post.
