Hey I have concern about my laptop

It would start making this weird noise for no reason, and the thing is that it is off and there’s no heat coming from it

Note: sorry for the dark video quality I was just trying to sleep and then it started making noise

I Need help on making a circuit layout for my mini house

Here is the diagram of my house. The locations of the lights are shown in red, and I have also calculated how much power I need. I'm also gonna need a power switch to turn on and turn off the lights. This is for my school project. I would really appreciate the help. I'm also using LED diodes
