First VT storm

My dad's situation this weekend has got me super stressed

Age: 57

History:

  1. MI back in 1999
  2. ICD in 2016, due to scar tissue on LV. He was revived when he had an arrest while on TMT
  3. Had a few shocks in between, finally ablated in 2019
  4. No shocks these past 7 years. Only a couple of ATPs a year

Recent:

  1. Things started acting up 2 months ago
  2. Had an episode which escalated to VF with ~240 HR
  3. Since Thursday,
    a) A 3 shock episode first
    b) Following which, he's been here at a center of excellence for Cardiac EP, they recommended a new ablation for Monday
    c) Took him off meds to simulate VT
    d) He had a VT storm for the first time on Saturday, 8 shocks
    e) Intubated, deeply sedated and currently in intensive care
    f) Sympathetic Denervation was planned but cancelled
  4. Plan still on for 3D Ablation, but doc said going in through blood vessel might not be enough, since the lower part of LV has almost fully calcified now, so might need epicardial ablation which is higher risk
    a) Also mentioned, if VT simulation is not possible during ablation then might switch to substrate mapping
  5. Previous ablation has been faultless for 7 years, but now doc says it might not be this time around. Expects to have occasional episodes now though
  6. Also, wants to upgrade ICD to CRT-D a few days after ablation

Genuinely worried about QoL, outcomes over the next week and playbook for the long-term with all this uncertainty

Where do I focus and What do I grow?

M 28. I'm looking for ways to allocate money given my context

Background: I've recently switched and started making ~60 LPA, a lot of it is big tech RSUs

Income - 2 L+ monthly
Expenses - No major expenses, live at home
Location - Tier 1, Hyd
Indian Stocks & MFs - 45L
US stocks - 20L about to vest soon
EPF and PPF - Minimal
No FDs or other sources
No Car
Unmarried

Parents: Only kid. Dad about to retire in a couple of years. ~2 Cr in FDs

Income: 4 L (2 L started from a recently completed property)
Prop in City: ~10 Cr including primary home
Prop in Home town: ~20 Cr ancestral, agri
Location: Won't move back to hometown

Expenses are ~90k for the entire household for us 3, that too because of health expenses. No other luxuries than me taking an international trip every 18 months. The car we own is also ~9 yrs old, ~14L

The cash flows have only recently started with most of it tied earlier in RE and me at a lower salary

The prop in home town is under no disputes, and in fact maybe I'm undercounting a bit. In recent months, we liquidated some to fund the city property, around ~1 Cr, and according to this valuation the home town prop should be ~30 Cr

But now I don't know, where to direct these cashflows next. Obviously since we are low on liquidity, I've started adding more to MFs, Stocks etc.

Things would change in the next few years, if I get married, and all the corresponding expenses

No plans to start any business as such, but I'm exploring b/w investing in commercial to add more cash flow, by selling some home town properties, and fund rest of it with leverage

or instead adding to liquidity directly by routing it to MFs, Bonds, Ind and US ETFs. Not sure what's the way forward here?

Finally, my gula has been itchified

28 M, ippatidaka I was always indifferent towards finding someone, love or in AM. I was always comfortable in my own company, naa intrusive thoughts anniitike naaku time saripoodu, and I have really good friends

I have a very conservative family, so I never actively pursued relationships. Kaani naaku annitlo velu petti, anni try cheyyadam saradaa. So had a mild curiosity to see how it all works

Cut cheeste, this year marriage discussions start ainai. I also decided, I won't hold back because of family orthodoxy and try on my own as well. Hinge lo, and sites lo akkadaa ikkada put up details. As fate would have it, came across my school crush's profile

We were in the same class for 3-4 years from 9th. I was an introvert and paiga, my best friend then used to have a crush on her too, so I used to help him out. Tarvaata never came across, but we are connected on social media

I pinged her directly saying, I'm into the AM process, interest unte cheppu ani. She replied, she's only looking passively and her parents are super conservative with caste so not possible ani. But we just continued talking

Oka 1 month tarvaata, we randomly ran into each other at a concert. June theory emo anukunna. Then a few weeks after this, I asked her out/confessed and made my intentions pretty clear. She then explained, how bad things went with family when she fought for her ex and how she had to end it

Still continued talking, inkem panundi. I was told I was good at flirting, but my god to actually do it with someone you actuallyy like is next level hard

She was getting matches in the meanwhile, and eventually had pellichupulu, met that person a few times and then told she won't be able to talk anymore since it looked like things were getting serious

I backed off and stopped messaging, wished luck. But ee period lo kuda snap lo akkada ikkada reactions icheedi. Ee gap lo naakemo hinge lo, sites lo, parents nundi ochina matches tho interact avvaalanna utsaaham kuda chachipoindi

Then I got to know it didn't move forward, we're talking again now and things are back to square one. Endi raa anna ee lolli 4 months nundi. Finally, ilaanti panchayitilalla nakunna gula teerindi. Pani lo, Intloo ekkada focus undatle, sai raamm

Ikkada next steps entoo, ee vidhaanalento anthupattaka freeze ayyi unna ...

Where to next? What do I keep?

Started investing 15 months ago without much knowledge

First of all I'm not planning to reduce the folio below 35 stocks, I don't think I can find alpha and be confident in just say 10-15 picks. Not my style

How is,
a) OnEMI right now? Planning to build it to a Top 5 portfolio position
b) Add more Meesho, Welspun Speciality and Carysil?
c) Also should I take some profit in Motherson? The sector cycle looks to be turning a bit
