I have a new macbook I got to use as a work computer. I set it up last week and the password I used is not working. Whether I wrote it down incorrectly or if it's bugged, I can't get in. It's a work computer, so it's possible they have the recovery code, but there's a time difference so I wouldn't be able to get it for hours.

Is there anything I can do?
