Following alot of advice, I changed the bedding mixture and added more clutter just put him back in to let him explore himself. There's a small log Hide behind him still

He's not eating, He's eaten before right where the mouse is now. Is he ok? And he has like a film over his eyes, maybe he's starting to shed and can't see?

How do I fix this? I don't want it to get so bad I need to replace the roof
