How often do spirit and frontier change their flight itinerary? Like how likely are their flights scheduled to change?

I booked a non-stop flight from DFW to LGA with frontier for the summer but they delayed the flight by a hour already, from 4pm departure to 5pm. How likely is it that they’ll delay it again? Since I’m trying to plan my trip out right now and book everything.
