Hello Meta,

I am having an issue with my Meta Quest Pro controllers. I am trying to pair them with my Meta Quest 3, but I am unable to do so.

Situation:
- The controllers were previously paired to a Quest Pro
- I have already unpaired the controllers via the Meta Horizon app
- When I press the buttons, the led blinks 3 times red and nothing else happens
- The controllers do not enter pairing mode (blue/white blinking)
- The factory reset button combination (A + Oculus button on the right / X + Menu button on the left) has no effect

Could you please help me get the controllers working with my Quest 3?
