Looking for people this has happened to?? I need someone to talk to.

I got this IUD placed 6 or 7 weeks postpartum with my first baby who is now 7months old. I had a feeling I was pregnant and took a pregnancy test and it turns out I’m 9weeks pregnant. The doctor couldn’t locate my strings to pull out the IUD because it is pretty far up in my uterus. I’m freaking out because it’s really close to the gestational sac and I’ve heard all the risks for myself and for the baby. My husband & I want to see this as a miracle but I’m worried about preterm labor & all the other complications.

Has anyone had an IUD close to their gestational sac? Or throughout their pregnancy?
