I know that Islam says that Christ isn't God or the literal son of God, but I was curious about the stance on adoptionism?
For those that don't know, Adoptionism is a non-trinitarian theological doctrine which holds that Jesus was born as a mere human and was later "adopted" as the Son of God after his baptism by John The Baptist.
Would that concept be blasphemous?
