Hi everyone. Having an issue when using my fx loop. Did a god bit of googling and haven’t found a solution.

The issue: no fx work after the fx loop block when using crunch channel of amp. All fx work fine on clean and lead channels. Verified they’re all active and all settings are the same on each scene.

My setup: I use the Ampero for multifx and midi control of Peavey XXX channel switching through a voodoo labs control switcher. The Peavey and a couple OD pedals sit in the Ampero FX loop.

What’s weird, if I change scenes using the Ampero software (no midi controls), I can get all fx to function properly, but when changing channels and scenes together with the foot switches, the crunch channel is left without fx after the loop.

Not sure where to check next.

Looking for a transmission shop that does their own in-house rebuilds, not just replaces with a core. I’ve got a 2001 F350 7.3 4x4 with a 4R100 (2018 Jasper reman)… it’s toast. It’s pulled and ready, just want a trusted rebuilder to send it to.

If i can’t find someone I’ll just get another remanufactured transmission but would prefer a local rebuilder. Any suggestions?

Hey everyone. I have a recently acquired 2001 F350 7.3 auto 4x4 chassis cab that hates starting cold. When I do get it started, shifting into gear initially does nothing like I’m staying in neutral. Eventually kicks into gear then the engine dies. After fully warmed up, it shifts into every gear mostly normal, but feels like it takes off in second before dropping to first, then back to second.

Any thoughts? Torque converter?
