What’s the bare minimum on time rate before you should start to worry. Mine is only 95% now but showing in the red under my metrics. I’m bad about accepting orders when I’m just finishing an order way out in the middle of nowhere so I’m sometimes 25+ mins out and I’ll of course get marked as late. I know I should stop taking orders when I’m super far away but just curious at what point i should be worried about that metric. Thanks in advance and happy sparking.

Had a high paying one i scooped up quickly and then damn near cancelled when i saw it had a pharmacy order mixed in with a little bit of groceries. Said what the hell and went for it anyway. Went to pharmacy and after waiting on the lady for quite a while the code to confirm did not work. Tried multiple times and it wouldn’t go through on her end. Said I was gonna step aside and call support but just went out the door and canceled trip. Dropped my comp rate to 98%. I’ve only done maybe 4 out of 100+ trips and never had an issue other than the constant verification makes me nervous every time bc of what I’ve read on here. Lots of rural areas with poor reception in my zone. I think I’m just gonna dodge them altogether going forward. All it takes is one order going to the boondocks and the app doesn’t have a strong enough signal to verify me and I’m cooked. Has anyone else ever had the code not work for the pharmacy ?

Lately I’ve noticed on Sam’s Club orders at the last drop it asks you to either get a signature or return it to the store in the directions but then doesn’t even give you the option to obtain a signature ? I always get paranoid like I’m doing something wrong and I always knock on the door and greet the customer on those orders. What gives?

So I live in a twin city area in central Louisiana with 5 Walmarts and a Sam’s Club in a 10-12 ish mile radius. One city on one side of the river is about 80% sketchy AF and when I used to door dash I used to heavily inspect the map before accepting any orders. Bc im nervous about just hitting accept on a monster tip order thinking it may have a sketch area house mixed in on a batched order i very seldom can get the first come first serve good orders . Is there a time limit/grace period on canceling an order without it counting on your metrics ? Also , is there a work around to be faster on the draw with these. Im just nervous to hammer accept and find out im going into the trenches to drop off groceries . Some of these places here I don’t even wanna drive through much less get out of the car. My exclusive offers are decent but I always miss the whoppers. Also I have to say I love the 6am weekend feeding frenzy . I’m a week in and I love spark so far. Any feedback appreciated. TIA
