Help 😭 Everyone I see getting into U of T seems to have 8 research experiences or have gone to Mac Health Sci. Has anyone with more “average” ECs gotten an interview? I’m starting to feel like I’m severely underestimating how competitive the ECs are 😭

I currently have a paper that will likely be submitted to journals for review sometime in the early fall. Is anyone else in the same boat? If so, would you include this as a separate entry on the ABS, aside from the research role itself? I know it’s not technically a publication yet, but since the paper is completed, I’m not sure what the precedent is. Thanks!
Hey everyone, just wondering if publications are generally expected to receive an interview at UofT. I have two research experiences—one where I'm involved in research support rather than manuscript writing, and another where we currently have a draft in progress.
