Keep Bimini top up all the time?

Keep your Bimini top up? Northern lake climate here. Neighbor keeps his Bimini top up all season. I’ve been closing mine and zipping it up after each use. Feels like the top could become a sail in high winds. What’s the best thinking here. Thanks!

Easy on/off cover?

Does anyone have a cover that is fast and easy to take on and put off? Maybe one that clips under the rail?

Ours fits great, but it is a slow process to unsnap the many snaps around the railing. Thanks for any recommendations!

Fuck brisket! You spend all day on it. Do everything right (well, apparently not). Cook it slow and low. Wrap it in the butchers paper at the right time. Take it off when the internal temp is a little low. Let it rest. And the damn thing is too tough. I’m fucking done with it. And the truth is, even when it’s done right, it’s not really all that good. There. I said it.
