Baby suddenly not drinking enough BM

My baby is 11 weeks old. He has suddenly started to refuse breastmilk after a minute or two. Even if i have the let down, he drinks for a minute only and then starts crying (so i know waiting for let down or supply isn’t the issue). I wouldn’t worry much if he was acting normally otherwise but his urine output has also reduced significantly. He used to have 8-10 wet diapers a day but now having 5 wet diapers since past 2 days. Once it had been 4.5 hours and he had not peed once while he used to pee every 30 minutes. Anyone had similar experience or any advice?

10 weeks old baby refusing tummy time completely

My baby has only done tummy time a handful of times so far. Even now, whenever I put him on his tummy, he just lies there and doesn’t try to lift his head.
In the beginning, he really disliked tummy time, and he was constantly feeding. He’s been a snacker since he was a newborn, so he was almost always fed, and I was worried about reflux if I put him on his tummy too soon after a feed. Because of that, we hardly practiced tummy time.
The confusing part is that when I hold him upright on my shoulder, he does try to hold his head up and can actually control it pretty well.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Did your baby eventually start lifting their head during tummy time with more practice?

Nipple size of bottle 8 weeks old baby

My almost 8 weeks old baby only accepts milk through bottle with nipple size 3. I use Phillips Avent. Earlier he still accepted size 2 but now even if i give him milk in it dor 20 mins he would keep sucking it but when i see how much he drank whoop 0ml! But number 3, he finishes in 5-8 mins and seems so content with it! I EBF but at night worrying if he drank enough or not, I give him a pumped bottle but i am worried if this size is too much for his age. Let me know if anybody faced such issue or what should i do in this case!

Ideal Diaper Count of a 7 weeks old boy

My baby is 7weeks old and is gaining weight adequately till his 5 weeks appointment. However, recently we see a big shift in his feeding pattern. He feeds max for 5 mins and is fussy after feed but doesn’t want to stay on boob even when he is licking his hands afterwards. I offered him bottle also but he barely drinks anything from size 2 bottle and i offered size 3 and he took only 10 ml. He seems more fussy seems hungry but doesn’t eat from boob or bottle. Dr said if he is peeing 5-6 diapers and gaining weight then nothing to worry about but i still do (FTM)! He is getting 7-8 wet diapers a day and i weigh the diaper just so that i don’t go by the blue line and its always more than 45g (pee amount not the diaper weight). So i want advice on the whole situation plus i want to know that even though 5-6 is the standard ask but what is ideal? How many should the baby ideally have to know if he is getting enough. How many diapers does a healthy baby go by around 7-8 weeks of age.
