Will I die if I don’t refeed properly? On my refeed days I order myself McDonald’s. Yes. McDonald’s. Usually I feel fine but today I felt really dizzy and lightheaded. Could it be that I drank too much water way too quickly? Which electrolytes should I be having during my refeeds?
