Perks and Benefits at KGS

Just like the title says, what exactly are the perks and benefits available at KGS? Do you get 25k yearly reimbursable benefits like in USI?

Also, at what level do you get car lease options?

I will heard people also get cab facility but to a certain limit, any light on that would be helpful.

Quick rant about online dating

29M, based out of Delhi NCR.

Been on hinge for a while now.

Not rushing into things, open to all possibilities but also looking for something long term.

However, a rant about the women I've been interacting with.

There's one, we matched, great conversation, great vibes. Even meet, on the phone for hours. Then just ghost. Then come back, random texts. Then ghost again. Finally when I decide to just archive the chat, sends me a random song! I text, but again no reply!

Then there are some women, again, great vibes, long conversations, but then they say, "oh I want something long term but I don't want to get married." Well you knew what I wanted so why are you telling me this now after months of conversations! Or like how you have plans to move abroad and would want me to move with you! Like what about my own plans?!

I want to just meet the right people with the right sensibility.

Thanks for reading, wanted to get this off my chest.

Which labour code applies to company retention policies?

I want to understand, under which provisions of the labour code can a company issue a retention letter with a "clawback clause" for a certain period?Wherein there is an increase of fixed pay salary and not a retention bonus. For example X amount to be recovered if resigned within Y months.

How legal are these?

And if let's say the employee does resign within that period, under which provision of the labour code can an organisation recover the said amount that they mentioned in the retention letter?

Company enforcing retention clawback - Need advice

I got retained at my current employer last year and they increased my CTC to match the offer I was getting at that time.

Let's say if I was getting paid Rs X per month, I would now get Rs X + 10k(the increase in salary)

However, they also made me sign a retention letter which stated that if I resign within 18 months from the start of the payment of the incremental fixed pay, the pro-rated increment disbursed will be recovered.

Now I have resigned within 12 months as I received a "no brainer" offer, and I requested my organization to waive off the retention recovery as I have performed really well, went above and beyond my designation and payscale and really helped the team throughout my tenure, to which they refused. The amount would be Rs 10k x 14 months. I got told the team would give me the account details to deposit the amount.

I would like to understand how enforceable is this retention clawback? And how to go about getting it waived? If not, what are the legal options?

Any help, suggestions, comments are welcome.
