What happens after someone asks about pricing and goes quiet?
I have been thinking about this part of the med spa customer journey.
someone asks about the price of a treatment, gets the information, and then… nothing. They do not say no. They do not book. They just disappear.
I am curious how owners usually handle that.
Do you follow up once and leave it alone? Send a reminder a few days later? Have someone personally reach out? Or do you consider the lead inactive after a certain amount of time?
I can see arguments both ways. Follow up too much and it can feel pushy. Do not follow up at all and you may be assuming the person was not interested when they might simply have been busy or comparing options.
for those who have been running a med spa for a while, what has felt like the right balance?
I am especially interested in what you do after the first pricing conversation, rather than general lead generation.
