Hey r/rocketry,

I'm working on a thrust vector control gimbal and would appreciate a fresh pair of eyes on the design.

Any obvious structural issues I might have missed? Clearance/interference problems? General design feedback?

It's a 3-ring gimbal (pitch/yaw) with 3D printed components and metal pivot pins. Planning to use it on a small-scale VTOL.

For the center and inner rings I intend to pivot them on 689zz bearings, as for servos I am using MG90S. I am strapping an A2212 1400KV BLDC motor.

Would really appreciate any constructive criticism,trying to catch mistakes before I send this to print.
