Self-published my first children’s book!

What started as a tribute to a friend who lost their battle to depression led to me being encouraged to publish the story.

The Sunshine Kid has a sun atop his head and wherever he goes he spreads joy and laughter. But sometimes the sun turns into a storm. The Sunshine Kid hides his storm away not wanting others to see. Eventually he learns that he can lean on friends even on the cloudiest day.

Looking for Feedback

Inspired by the current state of my state to polish a poem I started a while ago, not sure if it’s conveying what I want it to. Looking for helpful feedback as poetry isn’t my usual genre.
