Currently wanted to buy a two wheeler, thought about buying an EV, found 4 options ola, ather, iqube and chetak.

I did some digging and found out a few things like ola reliability, aether is basically the hundai of ev meaning pricey spare parts etc, iqube ka utna mujhe koi negativity dikha nahi,same as chetak.

Now the thing is my mom is saying, if u want, let's go for a 4 wheeler, but my dad says, we aren't going to use it much like for context the last car we used was wagonR and we had it for 9 years and only drove it for 35-40k ( sold it 2 years ago, pristine condition, hence got a good pay for it ), so my dear friends ... Help me out , I also go to the office which is 11-12 km one side ( plus if my dad wants to commute he can use it as well ), but the thing is this petrol market , it would be much worst in the future ( my dad being a merchant Navy, tells me about it) , so what are ur thoughts should I go for ev or still take a petrol scooty/bike
