Limpeza preventiva

Salve galera, to precisando trocar a pasta termica da cpu e to dando uma olhada em alguns técnicos aqui, tinha a ideia de ser mais barato a ultima vez q fiz isso, mandei mensagem pra umas 20 empresas e nenhuma cobrou abaixo de 180, porém todas contendo essa limpeza preventiva, essa de 180 nem isso faz. Vocês acham muito impagável isso? Tenho um ryzen 7 3800x, water cooler e uma rtx 3070 e tenho receio de mexer com PC e estragar algo.

Discord voice chat crashes my PS5 every time I try to join (CE-108262-9 / Error 270001)

Hey guys!

I recently decided to use Discord voice chat on my PS5 for the first time, but I've never been able to get it to work. Every single attempt ends in an error, and depending on how I try to join, I get a different one.

If I try to join a Discord voice chat directly from the PS5, it looks like it's connecting for a few seconds, then the screen goes completely black. After a few more seconds, it kicks me back to the home screen and the error history logs CE-108262-9 ("A problem occurred with the system software.").

If I instead transfer an active Discord call from my phone or PC to the PS5, Discord gives me Error 270001, saying it couldn't connect to my PS5, while the console simply says "It is not possible to join the Discord voice chat."

The weird part is that this happens with every single voice chat I try. It doesn't matter if it's a server voice channel, a group DM, or a private call. Nothing works.

Everything else on the console is completely normal. I can play online games without any issues, PSN works perfectly, NAT Type is 2, and my Discord account shows as properly linked to my PlayStation account.

Here's everything I've already tried:

Restarted the PS5 multiple times.

Restarted my router.

Unlinked and relinked my Discord account several times.

Revoked Discord authorization and linked it again.

Tried transferring calls from both the Discord mobile app and desktop/browser.

Confirmed both the PS5 and Discord are fully updated.

Cleared the PS5 system cache.

Rebuilt the PS5 database.

Restored the PS5's default settings.

None of that made any difference.

Some extra information:

Original PS5 (Fat model).

System software version: 26.04-13.40.00.02.

Brazilian PSN account.

Brazilian Discord account.

This is literally the first time I've ever tried using Discord voice on this console, so I don't know if it ever worked before.

I don't have any issues with online games or PSN in general

Has anyone experienced CE-108262-9 specifically when trying to join Discord voice chat, or does anyone have any ideas for something else I could try before completely reinstalling the PS5 system software?
