Just wanted to share a little victory. Ive lost over 10kg by using Mounjaro since February. My goal weight is in the 60s, but I did my 4 week progress update this morning and weighed in at 89.7kg, and im just so happy as this is the first time in at least 5 years that ive seen the number 8 come first on the scale! I know im still very close to 90, but Im so happy. 😭 and before this i plateaud for a month. This is your sign to be patient and good thinks come to those who wait🩷

Just finished rewatching PLL last night after seeing it for the first time probably 12 years ago! And omg, watching it as an adult (then teen) is soo much better.
You understand all of the references, all of the connections, and notice so many things I missed while watching it as a teen. Like who is connected to who.
Just goes to show how much maturity matters when watching something! One thing that hasn’t changed is that Spencer is still my favourite character 🤫 what a stunner!
I’ve been on 5mg for the past month, and I haven’t lost anything. I’ve been fluctuating up and down the same 1-3kg every week. I have appetite suppression, all the benefits but no weight loss. Drinking lots of water, still exercising, eating healthy. Any tips?

I’ve been getting an injection reaction/rash the last 4 times I have injected. I have been rotating sites and even tried my thigh (completely new area) and it still happened. I am following all steps as I usually do. I’m on MJ over 3 months now and it’s just started happening this month. My dose is the same also. I thought it was the alcohol wipe so I switched to the ones I used to use, and the same thing happens. I also make sure there’s no liquid on the needle after priming. I also use the same needle heads too. nothing is different.
The rash is itchy and red. I’ve been using hydrocortisone 1% cream as recommended by a few and my pharmacist, but the mark stays. Even if I don’t itch it - the marks will stay for weeks. The first photo is from my jab a last week, whereas the other photos are from 2 weeks and 3 weeks before. Not as dark but definitely still there and visible.
Any advice to prevent this? I’d really appreciate it! Looks like I’m covered in bruises.
I’ve been on MJ for 3 months now and lost 8kg. For once in my life I feel normal eating normal sized portions and everything in moderation. And I’m not working out like crazy or starving myself. Just eating like a normal person and actually losing weight. Okay, 8kg in 3 months is a little on the slower side compared to some but I’m really happy with my progress. Just got told by my mother that I’ve “spent nearly €1000 on losing only 8kg” and that “I could have lost that myself with a little discipline”. I’m really annoyed. I said to her that it wouldn’t be healthy to lose a massive amount quickly anyways and that I’m happy with my progress.. all I got was further lecturing 🙃🙃🙃
Hi everyone just an update - I made a post the other day asking how long can you leave it before paying your invoice. I emailed ePharm NI and they got back to me to say that, on the invoice they send us, Payment Links are valid for 30 days from when you get them - so if anyone needs to delay their payment it’s safe to do so! (myBMI)
(myBMI) My next consultation was approved and I got an invoice from ePharm NI within minutes, but how long do I have to pay it? I don’t get paid for another week!

For those that have ordered two pens or more at once from myBMI for example when travelling etc. did you have to pay for 2x consultations and 2x pens, or just 1 consultation and 2 pens?
I am going away for the summer and will need to bulk order, I’ve emailed myBMI and they said it’s no problem so long as I send them proof of my flights etc. but I’m just wondering if I’ll have to pay for 2 consultations even when just doing 1?

As in the title, I’ve had itchiness and redness on my last 2 Mounjaro shots. I’ve been on it for 3 months and this hasn’t happened before. I haven’t done anything different, the dose is also the same. I prep the same and wipe down the pen and my injection area. I rotate between injections and have injected into these areas before and no reaction.
I know it’s common and nothing to worry about, but what could the cause be? Anyone have a similiar experience?
