How do your triggers work?

I have symptoms of either a migraine or seizure disorder and I’m curious how your triggers work? For me if I don’t get enough sleep I’m almost definitely going to have an aura the next day or the day after. Another big one is if I overheat/overexert myself I almost always have one. How do your triggers work? What kinds of triggers do you have?

How often do you guys have auras/migraines

I think I have either a migraine or seizure disorder. I don’t get headaches but I do get auras which I think could be silent migraines. I was wondering how often you guys are getting migraines or auras. It’s normal for me to get 2-3 a day but I’ve definitely had more. I can also go days without one or only get one in a day. How frequent are your symptoms?

Weird zingy feeling?

Hi everyone, I’m wondering if anyone with a focal epilepsy diagnosis has ever experienced a weird jolting zingy feeling going down your body during a seizure. One that kinda makes you twitch/jerk a little and makes your breath catch. I think I have abnormally short silent migraines but I’ve recently had this happen a few during regular visual auras. I almost never have anxiety or fear during an episode unless it’s from trying to mask that I’m having an episode in front of like my boss or something. But the three times this has happened it’s been like my hearts dropped and is pounding and I’m deeply terrified. I can’t tell if that’s neurological or because I’m worried I’m about to start having a tonic clonic seizure. Google says it’s not a typical migraine symptom so I was wondering if anyone with epilepsy has experienced it.
