What anime opening do you NEVER skip, no matter how many times you've heard it?

We all skip openings sometimes… but some of them are just too good. For me it's the first Apothecary Diaries opening (Hana ni Natte), I can't skip it, it's just so good every single time lol.

Which opening can you never skip?

Looking for niche anime where a weak MC slowly becomes overpowered

Hey! I loved DanMachi and Shangri-La Frontier. What I enjoy most is watching a weak or underestimated MC grow step by step until he becomes really strong. I'd love something a bit niche, not the super popular ones everyone already knows. Anime or manga are both fine. Thanks!
