Hello all,

I am in the process of job switch. Got two offers. One is in a witch company working for a client. 70% hike from current ctc with the 15% variable. Location is same city.

The other is a position in internal team for a company. 50% hike from current CTC all is fixed no variable. Need to relocate to other city.

Which position to choose if relocation is not a big factor. Career growth and learning is more important.

Does this make sense financially as relocation means cost for stay and travel expenses?

I currently have asics japan s sneakers which i wear daily to the office. I am looking for a new pair.

I am considering converse chuck 70s as I see that they are comfortable and can be paired with anything just like japan s.

Are the chuck 70s good for daily wear to the office? Also, are there any sneakers that I should consider, which are similar to both the ones mentioned above?

I am experienced candidate recently interviewed with Infosys. Completed technical and HR rounds. After this i received an email from Infosys asking for documents related to current employment.

​

I also received digiverifier email and completed the process.

​

Is the process same for everyone? From what I heard digiverifier needs to be completed for bgv but in my case I got email to share docs as well.

​

Has anyone gone through same process or is this new?
