Anyone experienced plateau early in their Wegovy journey?

I’m 7 weeks in have lost 23lbs and feeling awesome. I’m on a calorie deficit, strength training 4-5 times a week. Cardio 3-4 times. And I’ve been losing weight consistently. This week I did my weekly weigh-in and have not lost a single pound since last week.

What did I do wrong? Any help is super welcome!
