I started diving yesterday against the new Illuminates and i promptly switched to the bolt pistol. Fine weapon and i am sure that on paper, against one crusher might be more effective. But when even on D6 you have at least 4 of them at any time up your cape (and let's not mention the accompanying squid forces, those jerks) having more shots and more rate of fire IS important. So sorry senator if i doubted you and congratulations for having maintained a niche.

My new loadout is

- Napalm eagle

- Gas strike

What the hell are those things?

Good Saturday everyone! While perysing the groceries at the local supermarket i was keeping myself entertained thinking about the new threats we are going to face from the void (as any responsible divers do). True, rumours of the cultists are abundant on the net BUT what about a new evolution of the voteless as footsoldiers?

What about our fallen comrades?

The illuminates are apparently shifting from the "advanced tech is basically magic" sci fi trope to a more Warhammer warp vibe and a new breed of "votelessized" helldivers might just be fitting.

Basically voteless with some armour (maybe the chest) and ranged weaponry, a tattered cape on theyr twosted shoulders. Because they are not civilians, they are us. Every diver dead or trapped on a void claimed planet twisted to fight their erstwhile brothers and sisters

And sooner or later, you will recognise one of the enemies...
