My wife had a sex with another employee on campus at the hospital multiple times while on the clock. What would happen if I reported it to the ethics line compared to her reporting it to her manager directly?

My son is severely disabled and we rely on the insurance. Kaiser is probably the best company I’ve ever experienced and my son’s quality of life depends on it.

His wife also works for Kaiser and doesn’t know.

Pretty simple. My son’s autistic and I take care of him. I don’t have any friends or family here and super bored.
