Accenture Custom Software Engineer (Python) 0-2 YOE - Skill Interview Scheduling Issues & Prep Advice Needed

I applied for the Accenture Custom Software Engineer (Python) role for 0-2 YOE. I’m currently stuck in the scheduling phase and wanted to see if anyone is facing the same issue or has advice on the interview itself.

Here is my timeline:

  • June 30th: Gave the initial Accenture test.
  • June 30th (5 mins later): Received the skill interview schedule mail.
  • July 3rd: Selected different timings for the interview, but never received a confirmation email.
  • July 4th: The portal gave me a reschedule option. I selected July 8th, 9th, and 10th but didn't get the confirmation mail.
  • July 2nd & July 8th & 9th: Emailed candidate support, but haven't received any response.
  • July 10th: I again rescheduled my interview for 14th,15th and 16th July. Still no confirmation mail.

Has anyone else faced this confirmation delay recently? Is there a better way to reach support?

Also, I am a little worried about the skill interview itself. For those who have already given it:

  1. What are the main topics and overall complexity?
  2. Do they ask you to write live code?
  3. If yes, is the coding strictly basic core Python/DSA, or do they heavily dive into SQL and PySpark?

Any guidance would be hugely appreciated!
