i bought first gen rmx shift off newegg when i was building my pc. the problem is, the psu fan never turns on as it's based on system load and the required load isnt there. all the while my 3 fan 5070 is dumping hot air onto it as it sits and tanks all the heat and getting really hot, almost burning hot to the touch. so my question is, is this fine or should i do something about it?

hi guys, i was wondering is it really hard to overclock ram on 5000 series? i own 2x16 3200 cl16 kit and msi mobo. bios has "try it" ram mode with overclock presets and only thing my ram was able to boot was 3466 cl16 and even then it wasnt stable, passing stress tests but frequent game crashes. gpt says amd 5000 series memory controller is weak + overclocking 2x16 kit is harder than 2x8 so my question is, can i really not do anything about it?
