So what would be the best otc supplements to combat signs of aging once menopause hits?

I'm 53 , still get my regular period every month, but I off course know this could end at any minute.
I've heard that women age rapidly once they hit menopause? Can I do things to prevent this?

What about simply buying some hormone supportive supplements on Amazon or such? Anyone have any experience with this? Would be easier as it avoids a doctor visit.

Driving to my new Aldi today it felt like driving an obstacle course! It shouldn't be this way.
This is not acceptable. I slowed down and still it hit hard causing my music to stop a few seconds.
