The rangefinder is an Acegmet PFS5. It powers on normally, all display icons are visible, and it vibrates as if it locks onto a target. However, the distance always displays “—” instead of a yardage.

I have already:
Fully charged the battery.
Cleaned the lenses.
Tried multiple targets at different distances.
Switched through all available modes.

Is there anyway to fix this or is it defunct?
