Does something happen when it gets low enough or is it just there for it to be a feature?

Do I just need to add rappers then save it or can you download packs?

I haven’t played the game for a few months and I booted it up on my pc and it’s very chopping and laggy. At first it showed that i’d had low vram but I turned down the graphic quality to make that go away. That made it a lot less choppy but it’s still pretty choppy. any fix to this?
