I have been offered a program to train as a pediatric nurse and I’ve accepted my offer yesterday!
…but then today I got an email from a NICU nurse position that I had informally applied for by emailing a manager my CV. HR from that hospital emailed me and said that they would like to offer me an interview for a position in the NICU. I don’t know what to do as I know I want to be a NICU nurse but I also would like to get the opportunity to train in this pediatric hospital and get experience in all aspects of pediatrics including neonates. Then after the program i’d hope to work a NICU/neonatal unit.
