Just found out my cousin has passed away. Quite young and short noticed. I have my preliminary hearing on friday and unsure when the funeral will take place just think its best to inform them.
Ino I will have to inform the courts but I dont what to say or what questions to ask. Can you give me any advice please

I am currently on the process of going through an employment tribunal. I was treated pretty terrible and my home life was very traumatic at the time. I did talking therapies and I was advised by a psychiatrist that I knew that cbt is a good method of treatment but wouldn't necessarily be a good fit and I agree and thats the only other treatment they could offer at the time.
I have since came across EDMR and once the tribunal has finished I would like to pursue this.
I would like to know those who have adhd have you found your concentration to have improve? I have inattentive so I think an awful and since all this horribleness has kicked off I have struggled to complete a 23 minute episode of season of something or other.
I understand its not a miracle worker of treatment but I would like to be able to to some patience back in me.

In August I have my preliminary hearing. I have all my evidnece and timeline sorted. I just dont know what to fully expect and how to prepare my bundle.
Ive looked into it and I just get overwhelmed. If any of you know any links or pages that could help, can you please point me in the right direction. I feel like what I am looking at is right but then I put 2 + 2 together and coming up with 9.
I have been okay handle it all. Never felt really felt anything if I am honest, but this stage is very overwhelming.
How have you been managing your case?
