Thank you to those who answered the question I asked about this type of repair! This is my first try at it. It’s not as neat as I would like but it’s a nice colorful way to repair an old athletic shirt.
I’m trying visible mending with embroidery thread. I have found some things I’d want to try on YouTube, but the videos moved too quickly. I want to try and find tutorials that are pictures or diagrams. Can someone please tell me the name of this type of repair? Thanks!
I have weird question for anyone who has taken fiasp.
I switched from novolog to fiasp about a week ago, and my urine has changed from a normal shade of yellow to a bright almost greenish yellow.
I didn’t know until looking it up recently that fiasp has vitamin B3 (niacinamide) in it. I know that some B vitamin supplements can change the color of a person’s urine to a bright yellow, has anyone else had this happen with fiasp?
I’m concerned this might cause a problem with job application drug testing. If I get tested for a job they going to think I was trying to cheat the drug test if my urine is bright yellow?
Because having diabetes and trying to stay hydrated, I had a drug test that had too low specific gravity in the past and I had to retake it… Then I had to put up with my supervisor making comments about it like I failed the first drug test when all I did was drink water so I would be able to pee.

Now my tandem warranty is up and I tried to get the tidepool pump, but no dice with insurance. So I got the Omnipod Dash instead and set up the Loop app on my iPhone and I love it so much!
The interface and the algorithm are so much better than Tandem. No more stupid T-slim algorithm, forcing my blood sugar back up whenever it gets near what I actually want my target range to be.
