I cannot sleep for longer than 3 hours

For the record I’m not someone who is in shape and I barely go outside. I’m 21 and I play video games all day. I recently started a gardening gig and I actually really like it. Most of it at least. The thing is my sleep schedule is a bit wonky and has been for years. I usually sleep from 7:30 am to 10:30 am and wake up around 4:30 pm. I’m aware how unethical my sleep schedule is but it seems I have a much larger problem. With this gig specifically it requires me to start around 8:30 am. It’s clear I do not have the leeway to take this gig often so I picked once or twice a week depending on how much I’m needed, where I don’t sleep at all until after I come back (I’ll take a 2-3 hour nap after I get back and just keep on going). I tried it last week for 2 hours and had a blast. This week however was a bit different. Almost 100 degree weather, 5 hours straight (all though I did my best to take a bunch of breaks) and only one bottle of water. And very physical tasks (no one told me moving bushes would be this difficult lol). By hour 3 I was so out of it and on my very existence I have never been that tired and exhausted. I had run out of water and My body had literally never craved water like that before but even past that the only thing I could do was drink a 6 oz coffee and push past it. Now we arrive at today. 2 days later, you would think “hey you must have slept like a baby”. Incorrect, in the past 2 days I have only been able to sleep 7 hours. I physically cannot get more than 3 hours of sleep at a time. I feel super tired, go to sleep at 5:30 am(a fairly regular time for myself) and wake up 2 and a half hours later. I do not understand. How am I so exhausted but my body just won’t sleep. I genuinely feel awful. The only reason I’m reluctant to call this a sleep schedule problem is because I have pulled all nighters, and have done physically demanding stuff on those all nighters. Just not in this weather with me feeling that exhausted. And no access to water for hours at a time. I have been drinking water and kind of eating but it still doesn’t feel like I’m feeling better. Any ideas?

Educational options

Hello, I’ve never been good at traditional learning where I sit down and listen to someone talk for 90 minutes. Even if it’s something I’m interested in I tend to zone out and who ever teaches me turns into Charlie browns parents. Because of this my parents pulled me out of school and didn’t put me back in any kind of structured environment. I’ve got my GED but I missed out on a lot . Is there any apps, curriculums or websites that do more interactive or hands on learning? The main subjects I’m interested in are Physics, periodic tables, 3d modeling and coding.

boss fight

Anyone have any cool ghostrunner boss ideas. I love tom but most of the bosses in 1 and 2 i don't feel motivated to play against. Mitra is cool but along with Ahriman if there was more running, platforming and "clashing" in the actual tower they would've been phenomenal.

first person melee

Why are first person parry animations so stiff and feel so slow

Im not the guy that has played every game ever but most the games ive played the animations consist of my character putting there arm up quickly and it feels so sluggish. The best ive found is ghostrunner 1.

I could totally be wrong in saying this so correct me if you disagree

Proud of myself with a hint of mild irritation

Currently At 666 Hours of kovaaks. Last Season of viscose i was Celadon. I took off 2 weeks of benchmarks in general just to focus on tracking and valorant in game imporvments. Came back pretty excited about this season. Got some pretty shitty scores but every day was breaking new pbs which I'm quite proud of. No one i know irl would understand what im talking so im choosing to share my accomplishments here. I have to thank viscose for making my aim training exciting again.

Day 1 I got some pretty shitty scores in my first session but did better on my second

Day 2 not too much to note

Day 3 Felt fine but for the second session a bunch of scores changed and it cost me some cerulean but i was mainly upset about losing celadon comp but i got that back fairly fast

Day 4 Session 1 focused on raw control tracking and Session 2 i felt motivated to try VT benchmarks after around a month of not touching them as i mainly play viscose and got diamond comp pretty fast which was a pleasant surprise

Day 5 Session 1 i just played on 20 cm and was working on micro adjustments and fingertip aim as i haven't really put hours into improving for valorant specifically. And session 2 was spent with movement and more micro adjustment but on 16cm.

Day 6 was spent practicing more wrist and movement. Session 2 i mainly played these 7 i had trouble with but unfortunately it wasnt enough to break 7 new veridian scores. I got off with 1 veridian score and few higher ones and was pretty bummed cause im going to be practicing val next week but im looking forward to the week after that.

My current goal is Cerulean Comp and jade comp
Id say overall the biggest thing that felt like it made a difference was figuring out which scenarios require fingertip, wrist or arm aim.

Jacks blink

Ive got this thought in the back of my head. Jacks blink ability allows him to phase through solid objects (swords, bullets, shields and armor) Yall think lore accurate jack could phase through walls?

So im mildly confident these lyrics are a sample of someone else's music since this is a brazilian phonk song and those are fairly common in that genre. So i know the name of this song but what id like to know is the song these lyrics potentially came from. I believe it’s hindi or portuguese. I tried shazam, Google Translate , voice isolation and song finder. No luck so i came here. But the whole song is called BOTIJA! by DJ Javi26 and Teruzone

I’ve been trying to draw daily for the past month. Which consists of drawing boxes or tracing video game characters I like to get better at drawing lines but everything I do feels soo uncomfortable. I feel like tilting my pen but on this pad I can’t. I read that it’s better to use my arm but on a pad this small it feels next to impossible. I don’t even know if I’m holding it right. I’m really lost on the whole physical technique thing. Any advice would help

I have a aim train schedule that consists of 1 week on kovaaks and 1 week on valorant playing deathmatch. And as ive played i realized one of my biggest issues is micro adjusting, especially when im strafing. Sometimes it feels like my body physically cannot make that small of an adjustment . So i figured id turn my sense down last week (which was a kovaaks week) For reference i play on 33.6 CM/360 and i went to 36.3 CM/360 and played valorant and holy shit my aim took a dive I couldn't hit shit for 3 days straight.....including my micro adjustments. I went back to my original sens and im fine now. But i still have this micro adjustment issue. These 2 where taken within 2 minutes of each other and the second one specifically is the one that troubles me the most. I dont have a zoning out issue so its not like im not trying but i cannot make some of these adjustments and im not sure what to do here. If anyone has any advice or tasks that i can incorporate into my warmup routine or general routine that would be appreciated. This is the warmup routine i made for myself KovaaKsTaggingCobaltGhostpeeker

PS. I do have a glass pad but i figured this would make it easier to actually move my god damn mouse
