I nominate this guy: I watched him stand next to the gas pumps at the Flying K on Union Avenue, smoking a Marlboro Red while asking people for money. The cashier came outside and told him to leave. He then pulled out of the station, ran the red light at Union Avenue and Brundage Lane, and nearly got hit by an eastbound car.
