DMB Poster Collection - All posters have been stored flat in Itoya portfolios. I am open to negotiating prices. I am not looking to be taken advantage of nor take advantage of others, I am just simply ready to part with my collection. I will give bundle discounts as well! The goal is to find these posters loving homes to people who will love and appreciate them as I have.

Buyer pays for shipping- $15. All posters will be professionally rolled in craft paper and shipped in hard tubes via USPS.

The 2016 Sperry is an AP with slight bends on the right side. They will frame out. The poster was improperly shipped to me when I purchased in 2017, but has been stored since in a portfolio. I have noted a discounted price for this at $750 as she is still stunning. Happy to send photos of any poster you’re interested in as well as discuss price! Thanks for looking.

I am 9 weeks pregnant. This is my first, I'm 39 years old and my partner is a good guy, he's just not as much a planner as I am. with bringing a new life into the world, and our situation, I know it involves planning and I am a person who needs stability.

An issue is this- I own and have my house paid off. He owns his home, and has quite a bit of a mortgage left. My house is double the size of his, is in a nicer school district and is better all around.

He says he wants to live with me, but shows very few signs of it. He doesn't want to rent his home to someone he doesn't know. The home is sentimental to him, so I am trying to be understanding and patient. At the same time, I am pregnant with his child, and feel a little scared and overwhelmed with lack of concern for my well-being and care. He looks at his house as, “How can I do this without making too many sacrifices or doing too much work.” I look at things, his home and mine as, “What can we do to make things better, easier, more comfortable for us as a family.” It just feels like he doesn't prioritize me.

If he can't find someone he knows to rent him house it is my feeling that he will keep his home, live in mine, and continue to pay the mortgage on his just so he doesn't have someone he doesn't know living there.

To me this is selfish, financially irresponsible, and leaves me with a ton of questions and doesn't make me feel very chosen. He will have to go and check on his house. Knowing him, he will lose track of time and spend too much time away from me and our new baby.

I don't know what to do. A part of him thinks it is unreasonable for me to expect him to make a decision about this, but at 9 weeks pregnant with no plan at all about the future, I am worried.

I don't know where to start with the questions. I don't know what is realistic to ask for and expect of him. If he doesn't find someone to rent to and wants to continue paying his mortgage, there is a part of me that leans towards we just live separate lives and go from there. I want to be chosen over his house. To not rent to someone who can pay it off for him, while still owning it just because he has sentimental feelings and might be a little lazy not wanting to clear it out makes me feel shitty. Again, I am trying super hard to be understanding but while feeling scared and frustrated having to be the only one that talks about a future is weighing me down.
