Poor Return Process
Don’t buy from Whoops website unless you know for sure you’re going to keep the item. Recently bought an item, didn’t wear it and submitted a return. Their process is that THE CUSTOMER HAS TO COVER SHIPPING COSTS BACK….what? Absolutely absurd. So I as the customer lose
Money on returning a product?
I sent it back via fed-ex ground which wasn’t cheap so now I’m out that money because I wanted to return something? Emailed them to ask if I could at least get a % off a future purchase or something for the return and they said no. So now I’m -$15 on a purchase
Never seen a company do something like this before
Buy from Amazon or Best Buy to ensure a better return policy. Absolutely mind blowing this is their customer service
