Good afternoon. I recently bought a pair of Live Flex 3 earbuds. The left one suffered physical damage and I paid for a replacement one from the official tech support.

The issue is the earbuds are only visible as separate devices. I have tried all troubleshooting steps, both in the official booklet and here, including removing them from my account and factory resetting them, and nothing has worked. It's not possible to factory reset them from the headphones app as they appear in mono mode.

I have tried the above both in Android 16 and iOS.

Any suggestions before I repurpose them as a glorified, overpriced paperweight?
