Kona Unit pre suspension fork
New wheels and tires, dropper post, XT crankset and cassette. Roughly 3lbs(1366 grams) lighter than stock. The suspension fork will add roughly 1.25lbs once it is added. I love the look of the rigid fork, unfortunately it is killing my elbows and shoulders
