Is there any good job agencies for IT roles trying to find an entry level 1 help desk,

In Aion 1 all the zones were connected on the world map but in Aion 2 they are just islands. What is the lore reason for this?

Can we just remove normal BR and just have it as Ranked and Casual mode with bots and players that way we’re not splitting the player base and ranked lobby’s can actually be filled in lower pop regions
