Control center won't recognize the product nor will my wifi network. Anyone have similar issues or found a fix?

Hey guys, pretty new to sound settings and understanding how all this works, but trying to make sure my game sound is good and steady, but also speaking in my mic with the gameplay works well with it too. Anyone have a good rule of thumb or general level setting with dB levels for game sound and mic sound together? Right now I'm using -20 dB for game and -6 for mic. For reference I'm using a wave 3 elgato mic.
