Is there any point to saving the Portage Theater?

Been passing by the theater most of my life, and it has to be in such terrible shape these days. I know the owner has done well with Avondale music hall, but seeing recent pictures of the interior, the holes in the roof, etc, can it realistically even be saved?

The Patio is in much better shape and still seems to close every other year due to A/C issues and/or other issues. So, is it even worth saving the Portage any more?

On Robertson:

- First choice is to stay in Dallas, but gap between numbers doesn’t appear to be closing

- Dallas wants 12, could be willing for 12.5, Robertson believes nothing less than 14 is fair

- Pittsburgh was interested, but ultimately nothing came to fruition

- Dallas would like to trade Robertson rather than taking him to arbitration, however, if Robertson stays for another year, he has no trade protection

- Teams are legally able to call RFA’s on June 30th, so teams can feel out if he would be interested in coming either via trade or offer sheet

On Werenski:

- Dallas interested, mentioned rumors of Harley for Werenski
