This is my favorite piece of art. I bought it without a frame at an antique store in The Dalles, Oregon several years ago.
The antique store said it was an original piece of art, not decor. I had it professionally framed later and the back is covered in brown paper, so there are no clues on the back except for the name of the frame shop.
The signature appears to be something like “W. S. Chang” or something similar.
I ordered a set of “Tupperware” or glass food storage containers. Amazon alerted me to the package being delivered. Instead of a package of Tupperware I find a small Amazon envelope with a completely empty Amazon gift card. The shipping label on the envelope matches the tracking number for the box of Tupperware. The Amazon bot I tried to argue with claims the package was delivered and shows the delivery picture as proof to me. The bot tells me to “look around my property for the package”.
I have the package, and it’s not Tupperware, it’s an empty Amazon gift card.
Has anyone here heard of this before? Did the driver switch the shipping label? Someone at the warehouse? Was it a mistake?
As a test, I ordered the exact same product and got overnight delivery. The delivery came and it was a big box of Tupperware, not an envelope with an empty amazon gift card.
