So I live in an apartment complex. After reviewing my lease it says any king of business activity in the apartment or in the premises is prohibited. I want to have a podcast preferably with a live guest. I Googled and they said a podcast with a live guest is when any of the following happens: 1) Operates with systematic intent to make a profit. 2) Generates its first revenue or 3_ Formalizing legal protections with guest release agreements.
In order to avoid the potential eviction due to breaking my lease I started to look into studio rentals.
There are quite a few locations close to me that charge by the hour. (Price is around $65/hr) and include all equipment except I would need an SD card).
Has anyone had any luck renting from these places? The main two that I have found in my area are Gravity Media and Second Sol Studios.
Would you recommend renting a professional studio starting out in my scenario?
