I see it needs see it needs some work, but that still seems awfully low. I feel like I’m missing something.

It needs to be replaced and I can’t find where to get one. The tire carrier has a wobble to it now and the 35” tire is hitting the bumper. So to close the back I have to lift the tire and kind of slam it.
