I’m looking for advice.
My international parcel from Ukraine was released by Customs in Richmond, BC, but after that there have been no tracking updates.
I’ve already opened an investigation, submitted a claim, and filed a complaint with the Canada Post Ombudsman. Canada Post told me they cannot locate the parcel and that no physical search will be conducted.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Were you able to get your parcel found? Is there anything else I can do besides waiting?
This parcel is very important to me, so I’d really appreciate any advice or personal experience.
