How would removing accuracy rolls affect things?

This is a question from someone that hasn't played it yet. I was reading over the book and thought that having this 2 layers of defence seems like it could bog things down. couldn't you just use the armour system as a singular layer?

How to recreate my character?

so I might be running Drawsteel soon and I usually like to get a fair idea of a system by recreating my character since it gives a fair idea of how a system handles non straightforward character types.

Draw steel based on my initial glancing and playing around with the forge steel character creator I am having trouble.

She is a Dragon Blooded Princess, and she uses her draconic blood to wield fire and lightning with her martial arts through elemental infused kicks and punches. She is highly mobile using her flame to give brief bursts of propulsion so she can deliver devastating kicks. Her signature technique is the Dragon Dive She jumps high into the air, wreathes herself in flame or lightning and then dive kicks into a target delivering the built up elemental charge into an explosion. breathing fire is also something she employs

Going to run a Kingdom Hearts campaign, looking at my system options

So I was going to run a PF2e campaign in my homebrew world, but then I had inspiration for a kingdom hearts campaign. the players are all keyblade wielders and they are traveling to worlds that aren't just limited to Final fantasy and Disney.

At first I was just going to keep using PF2e, I did suggest Sentinals but they want Progression in the TTRPG.I am well versed in PF2e, been running it since launch, I was probably going to use the Magic+ essense casting 3PP.

However while discussing it with some other friends, and me just in general annoyed with how PF2e locks all the cool stuff behind way to high of a level, I brought up Daggerheart.

So far this seems like it might fit, I can even rename the Hope/Fear system to Light/Dark but I have never played it before. the Spotlight system sounds not very good and from the sounds of it, some things that sounds like they shouldn't need a resource, use a resource. Though I did have the idea that with Light/Dark. I can tempt them. if they don;t have a Light (hope) point and want to use something. I allow them to use it but give them a Dark point and play into the whole Light and dark inside hearts.

Is daggerheart a good fit, should I just stick with what I know since I know to work around it's shortcomings or is there another suggestion for a system that allows for stuff like the stylish fights that allow for rule of coo; first approach while still being mechanically sound.

and yes I know fabula ultima as well, but I kinda feel the lack of ranges/movement is a bit of a let down. I enjoyed running it but have had mixed responses from players
